2. PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY:Items that are ;IN STOCK will be shipped On the same business day(Delivery will be within 2-3 weeks via regular mail ground service.
ExpressPost is a faster service-Items in stock will be shipped on the same business day-Delivery is 10 - 14 working days.
***PLEASE NOTE EVERY PRODUCT PAGE HAS A DELIVERY TIME FRAME WRITTEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE-MOST PRODUCTS USUALLY SHIPS ON THE SAME BUSINESS DAY
***Please note that residential shipments to USA, Canada and elsewhere will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package. Our courier agents USPS/ UPS/CANADAPOST etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
4.BACK-ORDERS: If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of the expected ship date via e-mail.
5. CANCELED ORDERS Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at support@innovativeproductshop.com" only prior to shipping. You must include your order confirmation number. Order cancellations are not accepted via telephone)Orders cancelled after 24hrs will be subject to 15% penalty fee off the total purchase price.

8.RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.ALL RETURN PACKAGES MUST BE SENT BACK "PREPAID BY THE CUSTOMER"WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN POSTAGES. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All returns must have a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA#) please email customer support at support@innovativeproductshop.com If the items are returned after more then 30 days All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Please do not return any items without RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number. You Must email us to get an RMA number so that we can tell you where to ship the items back. All items are shipped from our different Dropshippers and Suppliers directly. We thank You for your co-operation.
All the packages must be returned via Canadapost( Canadian customers) and USPS ( US customers) only.
All other return policy procedures will be emailed by our customer support desk at the time when the RMA# is requested by the customer.
NOTE: If the package is returned via any other courier company and/or if the package is not prepaid, our company wont be liable to pay any duties or credit back.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping and handling will be added to all Orders .
9. Goods and Service Tax ( 5% GST ) will be added to all Canadian Orders. (This only applies to products ordered for delivery to a Canadian address)

Due to extreme high sales volume we are experiencing a delay in our Customer Service department. You may not get a response for several days to your email. Although we do sell the same products seen on T.V. infomercials, we ARE NOT the same company. If you ordered your product from the television infomercial and are experiencing problems you must contact the company from whom you originally ordered (Check your bank records or telephone bill). We are are not affiliated with that company.
Also we do not have 1-800 number so if you have ordered over the phone or on tv we are not affiliated to any 1-800 numbers.
